No. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds to confirmed NEO RUNNERS or transfer entries to another runner. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you are good to go before signing up.

To pick up your Glo Gear, please bring your photo ID, confirmation e-mail and/or your registration receipt as proof of payment. These items will have been e-mailed to you following your registration.

If you trust your friends enough with your swag then, yes, someone else may collect your Glo Gear on your behalf. This person will need to present your confirmation e-mail and a copy of your photo ID (we will even accept a photo of it) in order to receive your items.

NEORUN is the perfect opportunity for you and your friends to take your creativity to the next level and outshine each other. If you show up all in black then we will assume you are at the wrong event so DRESS UP and STAND OUT! Let your creative juices flow because this is THE PLACE TO GLO.

Before you get glo-ing, remember to pack:

• Your camera/phone- don’t forget to take some awesome #RUNFIES of your journey to the NEO world.
• A glo-tastic outfit with kickers for your feet. Be comfy but be BRIGHT!
• Dirhams- You’ll need some cash on you as there will be exclusive NEORUN merchandise for sale as well as food and drink vendors to satisfy your post-party munchies.
• Your NEORUN t-shirt and NEO bib is very important, don’t forget to wear it, since it’s the only way to enter to the venue.
• Your happy, shiny face!

There is plenty of parking at the venue at Yas Marina Circuit.

Free water stations will be located around the course to quench your thirst mid-glo. Also, food and drink vendors will have yummy treats available to purchase after the finish line.

NEORUN welcomes all participants above 10 years old. By agreeing to the Terms & Conditions upon the purchase of a ticket, parents and guardians automatically sign a waiver for participants younger than 18 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Walkers are very welcome! You have every right to take your time and enjoy the music, colours and lights. As a courtesy, we ask that ‘walkers’ remain towards the back of the starting line. For your safety please be advised to not congest the Glo Zone areas.

For safety reasons we do not allow strollers on the NEORUN course.

Sorry, but only imaginary pets are welcome to enter the NEO world (real pets have to stay at home). NEO-SAURS are welcomed as motivation, we will be happy to play fetch with this NEO-tastic creature!

Each GLO-tastic Zone is uniquely created to light up the night’s sky with UV, LED and neon lights for the upbeat Enigma After Party.

The NEORUN is not a timed event. NEORUNNERS are invited to take their sweet time out there, because this is not a “race”, this is an experience. If you really don’t want to take in the sights, lights and sounds, then we suggest self-timing for anyone desiring to improve on their 10-minute mile.

The paint is water-soluble and it is non-toxic, therefore it does mostly wash out after the event. As with anything dirty, the sooner you wash it, the better. We suggest wearing items that you wouldn’t mind getting ‘glowed’.

Everyone can bring their friends to register, and we will do our best not to split you during the event! Make sure you have provided the correct email & phone number, our NEO Warrior coordinator will get in touch with you.

First of all we will have a briefing prior to the event with all of you GLO-tastic people to make you smile & explain your role. Depending on the role, you might be working for 3 consecutive days or 1 day only, whatever it takes to make this NEORUN the best event UAE have seen, NEO Warrior must be ready & excited.

There are plenty of roles in our NEO Warrior closet to choose from, you will be able to choose a more suitable role for yourself, but the final decision falls into our NEO MIGHTY HANDS!!!! Don’t worry; all roles are fun as long as you stay smiling!
